When you build a custom home, it is the realization of a dream, it’s where you’ll live (perhaps for decades) and of course it will be an important part of your investment portfolio. It is also a huge commitment, both financial and personally. It will be a year or two of constant communication. Working with someone you trust, respect and enjoy being with is crucial. We understand this.
